Q. Can I ask for my top to be made longer or shorter?

A. Yes you can! At checkout there is a little box for notes, you can enter any special requests such as these ones there.

 

Q. How long will my order take before I get it? 

A. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround time! Generally your order will be finished in 3 weeks. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and it may be delayed. We will always contact you if this is the case. Delivery time does not include shipping time. See our shipping policy for further information.

Q. Will you make me a top out of fabric I provide?

A. Yes! If you give me 2-3 meters of suitable fabric then I will happily make you a scrub top or pants. The amount of fabric needed depends on size and style wanted. 100% cotton fabrics are always the best option in our opinion. Q. Can I pick up my order when it's ready?

A. Yes you can! If you're in Perth, Western Australia you are welcome to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout. The pick up address will be in your confirmation email.

Q. If I use the chat function, who am I speaking to?

A. Me!! Every. Single. Time. I will be only too happy to answer your questions should you have any before you commit to a purchase, and after too!
